The older I have gotten I realize the importance of taking daily supplements to maintain my health. In my twenties I wouldn’t even thought about taking vitamins. This year marked my 35th birthday and I have been on a quest to focus more on myself and a healthier lifestyle. The concept behind Persona Vitamin packs is genius! No more bottles of endless supplements for this or that taking up space on your countertops and it’s super convenient. I was very excited to try this so here is my honest opinion on the subscription.

What is Persona?

Persona is a personalized, high-quality supplement subscription service that delivers your packs to your home every 28 days. You take Persona’s quick questionnaire and then receive your unique supplement recommendations based on your needs. You enter general information about your age, what health concerns you would like to address, and any health conditions or allergies you have. I received 10 recommendations, 5 for the morning and 5 for the evening, that addressed the areas I noted in the questionnaire. You also have access to their expert nutritionists who can further address any health concerns or questions you may have. Persona has 80+ high quality vitamins that are all produced in FDA certified facilities.

My Thoughts

I really liked the convenience of the subscription. I told them what I wanted to work on and they sent me the vitamins that would best suit my needs. The shipping was fast as well. It only took about 3 days for me to receive my packs from the time I completed and finalized my selections. When the package arrived, it consisted of the dispenser box, supplement guide, and the vitamin packs. Each packet has my name and the names of all the vitamins within the pack. Once I started taking the vitamins, I did not notice any change immediately. But within a week of taking my vitamins I did become more regular (something I addressed in my questionnaire). Also, I saw a big improvement in my nails and skin. The pills were easy to swallow and not gigantic like others I have taken in the past.

Now, the only con I would have to say is the price. If you choose to purchase all the recommended vitamins, they offer you, the price can go up very quickly. Also, each monthly shipment is only a 28-day supply while the vitamins I normally take are 60-day supplies. One good thing about the program is you do have the option to remove those that you don’t want or feel are too expensive if you need to. You can also consult with their nutritionists for guidance on which ones would be best to take.

Overall, I was pleased with my experience and would definitely consider reordering!
